  • Absolutely! Schedule a walk through with our coordinator by contacting us below.

  • Pricing varies by guest count, catering and beverage choices. For an accurate quote, fill out an inquiry form below and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

  • Putting down a deposit is the only way to secure a date. This deposit will go towards the final price of your event. It will be 25% of your final cost and is non-refundable.

  • The final guest count must be provided one week prior to the event date.Reducing the amount of guests will not change the original quote. We may be able to accommodate an increased guest count on a case by case basis with a new quote. Children age two and above will be included in the guest count.

  • In the event of cancellation, any events cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the minimum charge plus a service fee.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

  • Each event is scheduled for 3 hours. If the event exceeds this time limit additional time to your three hour slot will be charged accordingly. The latest permissible end time for any event is 11pm.

  • Our Noi Due service staff will see to the setup and breakdown of the event. This will include tables, tablescapes, décor, and more.

  • Should you require additional decorations, you are welcome to arrange for their delivery to the event space. We simply ask that you please inform us in advance.

  • Our Noi Due service staff will be responsible for the clean up and break down of the space. We ask that you be respectful of the space and take any décor you chose to keep with you.

  • We provide tableware, decor, tables, chairs, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, event staff, and a Mashgiach to ensure all proper Kosher procedures are followed.

  • We provide a custom Kosher dining experience, which includes meat or dairy options. We are not able to combine the two at one event. We do not allow outside food. Click here to see our cuisine page.

  • At Noi Due Events, we maintain a stringent approach to food allergies to ensure the safety and well being of our guests. Inquire below to request a copy of our complete allergy policy, or to ask about specific dietary restrictions.

  • Charges for all alcoholic beverages will be billed separately based on consumption. We will provide a choice of several beverage options at time of booking, that will need to be finalized a week prior to the event. We can also include a bartender at an additional cost. Please note we do not allow outside beverages.

  • We have an event coordinator and event captain on staff. If you find that this does not fit your needs we do allow an additional event planner, however Noi Due Events takes no responsibility with outside coordinators.

  • The Noi Due coordinator will be responsible for booking your event, executing your catering needs, and properly staffing your event. They will also create an event itinerary. The event captain will be responsible for the day of execution of the itinerary and will be the point person to refer to.

  • We have moody and romantic lighting in our event space. We also provide candles on tables. You are welcome to provide additional lighting if this does not suit your event’s needs.

  • We have an integrated surround sound system that is compatible with any device. We can provide you with a device and Pandora premium account.

  • Our events venue is located on the lower level of 143 W 69th st. There is a small staircase that leads you to the vestibule of the event space.

  • We are located on W 69th street between Broadway and Columbus Ave. The original Noi Due Café location, and next door to Noi Due Carne. The closest train stop is the 1/2/3 trains located on the corner of 72nd st and Broadway (4 minute walk). We are also located near the M5, M7, and M101 bus station located on the corner of Broadway and W 69th St (1 minute walk). The nearest parking garage is the 80 Central Park West Garage (6 minute walk). We do not validate parking.

  • We have fluctuating and limited availability, especially around US and Jewish holidays. We recommend you book as soon as you have a date in mind as spots fill up quickly.

  • Our service fee goes to paying for the event captain, service staff, and a bartender if you choose to book one. The amount will depend on the guest count and the type of event you choose to book. This will be charged as a flat fee.

  • We do charge a separate room fee of $500. Any other relevant fees depends on your booking/holidays and will be itemized on your event invoice.
